HR Administrator

The HR Admin is responsible for assisting the HR Executive/ Manager in all the HR functions including sourcing screening and validating the resumes. This will involve continuous interaction and follow up with consultancies, placement cells of all the Universities and Law Schools and perform other generic HR functions.

Job responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening Profiles
  • HR Admin is responsible for sourcing profiles
  • Should be able to post jobs and short list profiles from different Job portals
  • To do the initial screening
  • Coordinate with Manager for further interview process
  • Update the candidate on the interview feedback
  • Maintain the recruitment trackers
  • Do the reference checks for the finally selected candidates
  • Joining Formalities
  • HR Admin is responsible to collect the details of newly joined employees and perform the certificates verification
  • Managing on-boarding processes (Record creation, Employee documents, Statutory forms and System access)
  • Coordinating for Background verification with vendors
  • Coordinate induction and orientation
  • Employee Database Management
  • HR Admin is responsible for maintaining the employee data in master database without errors
  • Employee record management & all lifecycle document maintenance
  • Employee Engagement
  • Coordinating for employee engagement activities
  • Assisting in making posters, maintaining trackers
  • Other Generic HR & L&D Activities
  • Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables and deliverable reviews
  • Assisting the team in other HR activities for smooth functioning
  • Assist the team in learning and development activities

Job Specifications:

Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in HR
Experience: At least 1 year in HR role. Experience in service or BPO industry is preferable
Competency: Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of HR fundamentals and recruitment life cycle along with excellent interviewing and convincing skills.
Analytical Skills: Independently solves complex problems
Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and overall quality of work is as per the requirements specified.
Technical skills: Have excellent MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills

Communication: Have excellent spoken and written English skills
Flexibility: Be willing to stretch for long hours and if required should work in weekends
Ethics: Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, and works with integrity.
